The HTC 10 now comes in 2 colors: Silver and Black, although a third, gold option was shown in the unveiling video. Not only will we provide a recap of everything that was said, plus pictures, but we will provide expert analysis on what those announcements really mean. It also features HTC BoomSound Hi-Fi Edition, Dolby Audio, Hi-Res Audio Earphones, and three microphones with noise cancellation. The front-facing camera has also received a nice bump compared to previous HTC flagship phones as it has a 5MP sensor, which also has a f/1.8 lens, which should improve low-light photos. It too features autofocus, as well as optical image stabilisation, the latter of which is a first for the smartphone world. (It feels like it’s been a while since I could say that about a smartphone.) The HTC 10 features an all-metal unibody with a dual-textured finish. To fix this issue, HTC has also introduced the HTC 10 Lifestyle which is powered by a cheaper Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor and is paired with only 3GB of RAM. The charger connects through a USB Type-C connector, and purportedly can charge the device up to 50% in half an hour. The battery is a bit stronger than the one in the M9, as well.

On the software front, the HTC 10 runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 wrapped under Sense UI.

For those hoping for a closer look at the HTC 10 in all its glory, we were able to get a much more in-depth and detailed look at the device. This also comes at a time when Apple has made its Apple Music app available for Android.

The LG G5 is a great device and it stole headlines when it launched because it managed to be a little different with its modular build. It could well be called the HTC One M10, but we’ll have to wait and see.
