The HTC 10 is no doubt one of the most anticipated smartphones in the market and the excitement about the specifications is building day by day. The video shows a metal bar being shaped into a sleek phone with chamfered edges, something which HTC had also teased through a tweeted picture. HTC 10 is expected to come in two variants – 3GB RAM/32GB and 4GB/128GB storage – for ¥4,999 Yuan (approximately Rs 51,200) and ¥5,888 Yuan (approximately Rs 60,300), respectively. India and a few other countries will get the Lifestyle, but we’re still waiting for HTC to reveal information on price and availability.

The 10 has a 5.2-inch, quad HD-resolution of 2560 x 1440 with Super LCD 5 display covered with Gorilla Glass. There’s also a traditional physical home button, which is said to be equipped with a fingerprint sensor – a must for any flagship in 2016, according to the technology news website.

The next big update is a completely new 12MP UltraPixel 2 rear camera with 1.55µm pixel size, an f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilization (OIS) and laser autofocus.

HTC 10 sets a new gold standard in sound quality with its brand new BoomSound Hi-Fi edition speakers, Personal Audio Profile and Hi-Res audio earphones.
