It’s awkward phrasing, but essentially seems to mean that because credit card orders place a hold on payment until purchases are actually shipped (this would be the case for most online retailers, not just for the case of HTC Vive), and PayPal transfers funds immediately, the latter “jumps the queue” nearly. Finally, HTC has acknowledged that there is some inconsistencies between what the HTC Care team tells people and what the HTC Vive channels are saying, so that will be fixed up soon too in order to ensure better customer service all around.

Industry experts said that even as Oculus and Vive have been officially launched by their makers but the devices have not reached homes of those who have ordered them.
