HTC next handset is definitely the One M10
Unlike Apple and Samsung, whose flagships are commonly referred to as “Galaxys” and “iPhones”, it doesn’t feel like HTC’s “One” name ever caught on in the same way. While these changes may be despised by some, they are likely for the better of the phone in the long run, although we’ll still have to wait quite a while to get some impressions of the device.

Based on the pictures in @onleak’s tweet, the HTC 10 could bring back front-mounted capacitive touch buttons, a feature HTC stopped using after the HTC One M7 in 2013.
Check out the HTC One M10 teaser video below. After a slew of activity today surrounding the device codenamed HTC Perfume, we can confidently report the retail name, and examine the very first press renders to appear, including a white version of the phone exclusive to VentureBeat. But there are rumors saying that the unveiling of the product will be pushed back once again and this time it might be launched on April 11th. He mentions that the upcoming HTC flagship will simply be known as the HTC 10. As we’ve heard previously, the phone boasts a QHD resolution AMOLED display measuring 5.15-inches diagonally (rounded up to 5.2-inches in older rumors).
HTC has its sights set on a major comeback this spring after last year’s disappointing HTC One M9.
A website noticed that the model number of One M10 was part of an online survey which came from HTC itself. Just like its predecessor, the One M10 will sport a fingerprint sensor in the physical home button. It’s another design switch for the One series, and a characteristic that mirrors the HTC A9.

The HTC One M10 may also have Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow as its operating system. LG and Samsung have opted for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820, and both are supported generously with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage as a starting point.
