HTC has announced that it is bringing Google’s latest version of Android to the HTC One M8. Hopefully, rollout will also be ready for all One M9 variants. When HTC’s servers push the update to your terminal you should be able to see a message in the notifications panel, letting you know that a system update is pending. Mo Versi further mentioned that the Marshmallow update for the HTC One M9 was also “coming soon”.

Now it looks like HTC One M8 owners don’t have to wait much longer as Twitter leak specialist LlabTooFeR claims that it will be available to European handsets in the next two weeks. Mo Versi, Vice President of Product Management at HTC USA, today confirmed that the update will be rolled out “within the next 24 hours”. People have been waiting for Sense 7.0 for a few months now.

Now, it’s pretty hard to tell when exactly all of these updates will begin rolling out, but at least we have a pretty good idea that HTC is still on schedule. Please let us know in comments.
