With the One X9, the company looks to correct that as it is slightly different looking than the One A9.
In case you haven’t already guessed, we’re referring to the rumored HTC One X9, which recently became the subject of various leaks and rumors. However, later reports clarified that the One X9 will instead be a mid-range smartphone with not-so-stellar specifications. But the main thing to stand out is the One X9′s use of capacitive buttons below the display. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz Octa Core MediaTek Helio X10 Processor with 2GB of RAM.
The One X9 sports a 13-megapixel camera on the rear with dual-tone LED flash, BSI sensor, optical image stabilisation and support for 4K video recording. It comes with 16GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 2TB via MicroSDXC card. The design of the phone goes hand-in-hand with pretty much every leak we’ve seen in the last week or two, and both the power / lock and volume rocker buttons are located on the right-hand side of this phone. This standard is not as fast as the modern 5V / 2A format used by flagships such as the Nexus 6P, but it’s still about 30% compared to the usual 2V / 1A format.

The One X9 has been priced at 370$ (which roughly translates to around Rs 25,000). It remains to be seen if the HTC One X9 will make its way towards Western markets such as Europe or the United States.
