To mark Huawei’s formal entry in India, the company unveiled its Huawei P9 smartphone in India on Wednesday as well as a new version of Huawei watch, a variant with a metal watch, according to Android Headlines. It has launched new Huawei brand phone in India after a gap of nearly three years. The company is also offering pick and drop service for P9 customers, The Indian Express reports. Priced at Rs. 39,999, the Huawei P9 is a flagship phone with a bit more to offer than most in terms of camera performance. It can also record 4K Video Capability along with a suite of shooting modes that help you in adding different effects to the photos captured. The device boasts a 12MP rear camera with f/2.2 apertures – one camera captures colour images, while the other captures monochrome images.
We’re getting a better idea of what the Huawei Mate 9 and its camera array might look like, thanks to a new set of leaks.
A big drawback of the Huawei P9 smartphone is the integration of a nano-SIM card slot. In fact, Huawei has just quietly launched the new G9 Plus exclusively in China. Later on, Huawei, Honor and Xolo followed the suit.
Huawei has provided Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system on the P9 with its EMUI 4.1 on top. The device is kept powered on by a 3,340mAh non-removable battery and the company claims the device to give 2.2 days of normal usage.
With the recent release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and the upcoming release of the iPhone 7, many could argue that the 2016 smartphone market has been sealed shut. These include but are not limited to a Kirin 960 processor, which is clocked at 2.6GHz and a 4 or 6GB of random access memory (RAM). The Huawei G Plus Sports a 16 Megapixel Primary rear camera with LED Flashlight, AF, OIS, PDAF phase focusing.
The device has 3GB RAM and comes with 32GB of internal storage.
