Huawei G7 Plus launched for $330 with Snapdragon 615
The Huawei G7 Plus has come out and is now available. The display isn’t the only area where the G7 Plus offers a significant upgrade over the G7.

This November, Huawei launched a new mid-range phone to succeed its Ascend G7 handset it released past year. The smartphone has been listed by VMall, Huawei’s official online store.
As you can tell from the Huawei G7 Plus specs, it’s a respectable smartphone with a solid metal build and a nice price.
The Snapdragon is still the chip of choice for most manufacturers, and Huawei has opted for the 64-bit Snapdragon 615 in the Huawei G7 Plus. Mobile Burn detailed that the device comes with 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels.
The smartphone has a stylish design made nearly entirely out of metal, with just a couple of plastic panels to hide its antennas on the back.
Under its hood, according to Gadgets 360, one will be able to find an octa-core Qualcomm MSM8939 processor. In the camera suite that device houses a 13 MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, an RGBW sensor and auto-focus along with a 5 MP front snapper. In terms of dimensions, the G7 Plus measures 152.5 x 76.5 x 7.5mm and weighs in at a rather average 167 grams. It sports 32 GB of inbuilt storage and can be expanded up to 128GB. Then, there is a 5 MP front-facing camera flawless for capturing selfies.
The Huawei G7 Plus is preloaded with the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with Huawei’s EMUI 3.1 on top. The Huawei G7 Plus is also equipped with a large 3,000 mAh battery. The smartphone is scheduled to receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update by February 2016. Like Huawei’s Nexus 6P, the G7 Plus is also equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

For now, it looks like the Huawei G7 Plus will only be available in select markets across Asia, with a $330 price-tag. It is a dual-SIM handset and comes with 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and all the other standard connectivity features you would expect from a modern smartphone.
