Huawei’s Android Wear running Watch has gone on-sale in the U.S. and review units and retail units are finding their way into hands of customers and reviewers across North America.

The Huawei Watch has made a few appearances already, but today is it’s first day of official availability.
The Huawei Watch, which we just received in the office on Wednesday, is now available for purchase from several retailers.
If the Huawei Watch does in fact hold a speaker inside then there’s no telling why Huawei wouldn’t have it enabled it from the start, but there’s always the possibility that it could have something to do with the current version of Android Wear. This nets you a silver Huawei Watch with a genuine leather strap. However, the Stainless Steel with Link Band for 9 and the Black Stainless Steel with Link Band for 9 are shipping immediately. Regardless of which model you pick, you’ll have to wait between two and three weeks for your order to actually ship.
The Huawei Watch is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and runs Android Wear. Its 1.4-inch 400 x 400 AMOLED display is covered with sapphire crystal glass, and it is powered by Qualcomm’s 1.2 GHz processor. It sports 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of on-board storage, a gyroscope & accelerometer, PPG (photoplethysmogram), and a barometer.

Oddly enough, although the store itself is available for the United Kingdom , the Huawei Watch isn’t yet on offer in that market. You can also place your orders on Google Store, Amazon and Best Buy, though they don’t offer all the models.
