We have to admit that while there are plenty of smartwatches in the market today, Huawei’s smartwatch offering is probably one of the more classy designs out there.

The clock has been ticking now for nearly 6 months ever since Huawei announced its first Android Wear smartwatch back in March during the Mobile World Congress. But since then, we haven’t seen any indication as to when the round-faced will actually come out in the market and also how much it will retail for.

Huawei initially provided a time frame of “around the middle of the year” for the Android Wear-powered Huawei Watch. Other features include 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, Bluetooth, and a heart rate sensor. The Huawei Watch will pack a 300 mAh battery, and will be available in black, gold, or silver color options.

One smart watch that we know is coming for sure, is Huawei’s foray into the growing field. Since the Huawei Watch has already achieved certification from the FCC, the wearable is likely to be launched very soon in the United States. However, there were no details about when the smart watch would be available.
