As the grand finale of an outstanding series, this Part 2 of The Mockingjay ticks all the boxes.

According to Lawrence, this hypothetical prequel would probably not see the return of Katniss Everdeen.
“What was always important to me, because it’s quite a violent movie, is that I always wanted to explore the emotional outcome of [Prim’s death]”, Francis Lawrence told MTV News at the “Mockingjay” premiere in Berlin. All grumblings of an overly-long script and the unnecessary dividing of the final book into two movies aside, Mockingjay-Part 2 is a pretty fitting end.
With an esteemed cast including the likes of Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson, Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright and Stanley Tucci this movie doesn’t just excel on storytelling, but the acting is stellar as well.

Being the amusing person she is, JLaw jokingly spoke about her attire of the night saying, “I don’t know how I’m going to sit to look demure and thin, ‘ she said”.
