Hunting For Easter Eggs, It’s Not Just For Kids
Wallingford: The town’s Parks and Recreation will hold an Easter Egg Hunt with craft stations, music, and Easter candy for children ages 3-10.

“On each egg you will find a word that is hidden in the word search on your map”. Bring at least a dozen eggs to decorate with prizes for a variety of categories.

The Easter egg hunt is free and open to the public. Then, kids hunt for eggs at the nearby Learning Center. Age groups will include six years and under, and seven years and over. “As well as being a fantastic free activity for families over the school holidays, it’s also a great way to highlight new shops and highlight existing businesses”. Charlotte’s Quest Nature Center, 3400 Wilhelm Lane, will host its annual egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 8, with a rain date of Saturday, April 15.

Excellent security for the children is provided by the single entrance/exit to this event and a safe and stress free time is assured for parents and children alike.
Easter Egg Hunt & Kids’ Fun Day Flora-Bama Lounge, Perdido Key Saturday, April 15 at 11 a.m.to 2 p.m. Ping-pong, air hockey, multiple televisions with gaming systems and a 65-seat movie theatre are always available. The cost at the door is $5 for children, $7 for adults and $15 for a family.

Egg hunts begin at 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Registration required. There will be a $6 donation for the breakfast. The event is $6/person, registration deadline is April 3. This will take place in the Wallingford Parks and Recreation Dept. Gymnasium from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.
