‘Huntsman: Winter’s War’ Trailer Serves Up VFX Magic
Emily Blunt is tortured ice Queen Freya in this first trailer for The Huntsman: Winter’s War – and is it just us or is she basically what would have happened if Princess Anna and Kristoff never saved Elsa in Frozen? When it comes to the new movie The Huntsman: Winter’s War, we have not heard a great deal of information about what to expect but as the release date draws closer, we are expecting to get a lot more.

Chris Hemsworth will reprise his role as Eric the Huntsman.
It’s quite ironic that Hemsworth’s upcoming film appears to be part prequel and part sequel film, according to Forbes.
Apart from Chris and Charlize, the film will also mark the entry of two other diabolical female actresses. Emily Blunt is added as Freya and Jessica Chastain as Eric’s badass love interest Sara.
For The Huntsman Winter’s War, it looks like Queen Ravenna (Theron) and The Huntsman Eric’s (Hemsworth) lives are not that far off after the ending of Snow White and The Huntsman.
There was a lot of attention surrounding this movie early on, with Rupert Sanders expected to return to direct The Huntsman: Winter’s War, before it was revealed that he had an affair with Snow White and The Huntsman actress Kristen Stewart.

The film is directed by Cedric Nicolas-Troyan and opens in theaters on April 22, 2016, Daily Mail has learned. But once she discovers Ravenna can be resurrected from its golden depths, the wicked sisters threaten this enchanted land with twice the darkest force it’s ever seen. The film will be produced by Joe Roth, the same man behind “Alice in Wonderland” and “Maleficent”. Now, their amassing army shall prove undefeatable…unless the banished huntsmen who broke their queen’s cardinal rule can fight their way back to one another.
