Dean appeared in King County District Court in Washington state on Monday (29Aug16), when his bail was set at $10,000 (£7,630).

The Seattle Times reports that police arrested Dean Stuart Wetter, husband of Heart singer Ann Wilson, late on Sunday night after Wetter allegedly attacked two unnamed young male relatives during Heart’s show at Seattle’s White River Amphitheater. He will make his second appearance Wednesday.
The paper says that according to court records, the two boys were watching the show from backstage when they left to walk around. According to police, the boys asked Dean if they could take a quick look inside the bus and he said yes.
He allowed them on to the vehicle, but then became angry when they left the door open and reportedly struck one of the boys before holding him by the throat.
Wetter told them to go ahead but to be careful because her dogs were inside.
Wetter, who listed his address in Hayward, Calif., married Ann Wilson, also 65, in April of a year ago.
The brothers, who were born during Nancy’s marriage to “Jerry Maguire” director Cameron Crowe, were attacked by Wetter while leaving the bus.
When Curtis Crowe stepped in, Wetter allegedly also grabbed his throat.
One of the boys “later complained of a sore, raspy throat, fear of dying and pain in his throat area”.
Authorities arrested Wetter at the scene around 2:26 a.m.

The Wilson sisters are in the thick of a summer tour with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts and Cheap Trick.
