An internal report says the trouble started when Ms Sasikala was at the security check.
Asked about his future course of action, Mr Siva said he would consult the DMKhigh command and take a decision, including whether to file a case or not againstthe AIADMK Rajya Sabha MP. Explaining her violent outburst, Ms Pushpa had on Saturday told DC that she was justifiably angry because Mr Siva criticised her party leader a few times with the CISF personnel at Terminal 3 of the New Delhi Airport.
According to sources, the AIADMK MP Sasikala, on learning that Siva was also traveling in the same flight, rushed to him and holding him by his neck, slapped him.
“How do you expect me to remain a mute spectator”, she told The Hindu over phone when asked whether she slapped him.
Security personnel separated them before things got out of hand.
Refusing to travel in the same flight, a DMK MP and an AIADMK MP got into scuffle causing a delay their Chennai-bound Jet Airways flight to delay.
