Ian McCall vs. Ray Borg Removed from UFC 203 Fight Card

According to a report by FOX Sports, Borg is ill and can not compete Saturday from Cleveland.
McCall had found himself in exactly the same position at UFC 201 in July when Justin Scoggins was forced to withdraw on two days notice due to weight cutting issues. Luckily for McCall, he was compensated by the UFC by being paid for his show and win money and he was also immediately rebooked to face Ray Borg. Fox Sports first reported the fight card change.

The UFC’s fifth-ranked flyweight, Ian McCall, reveals he wants to fight Team Ryano’s Seery in Belfast on November 19. Now that he’s made a decision to fight again, it seems as if he may have to wait even longer to get back into the cage. It will be headlined by a heavyweight title fight between Stipe Miocic and Alistair Overeem.
