Ibrahimovic: PSG Are Ready For Real Madrid
Paris Saint-Germain keep their confidence high ahead of the Champions League match against Real Madrid by defeating Bastia 2-0 with a Zlatan Ibrahimovic brace.

PSG are now unbeaten in 10 league matches and are yet to lose in the UCL.
Bastia had claimed a stunning 4-2 win over Paris when the sides met in Corsica last season but there was to be no repeat this time as Ibrahimovic opened the scoring in the 72nd minute and made sure of the victory seven minutes from time. Ibrahimovic, meanwhile, picked up where he left off against Olympique de Marseille before the worldwide break, when he overtook Pauleta to become the capital club’s all-time leading scorer.
The ex-Gunners man’s rant was captured on television cameras following PSG’s away game in Ligue 1 on Saturday at Squillaci’s Bastia, with the defender exploding after the final whistle.
The three-time defending champions did not give any reason for Di Maria’s absence, which comes on top of a growing injury list including Marco Verratti, David Luiz, Kevin Trapp and Presnel Kimpembe. Benjamin Stambouli, Lucas Moura and Adrien Rabiot all started and Salvatore Sirigu was handed a first start of the season in goal.
Mario Pasalic, on loan from Chelsea, netted his first Ligue 1 goal to put Monaco in front on 39 minutes but the home side were unable to hold on after Wallace was sent off midway through the second half for a horror tackle on Rachid Ghezzal.
The referee was required to intervene between the players as Ibrahimovic called for the official to deal with the issue.
