IK Enemkpali marks anniversary of Geno punch with practice tussle
Coincidentally, this marks the one-year anniversary mark that Enemkpali sucker-punched New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith during a locker room argument. As the story goes, Enemkpali insisted Smith owed him some money for an airline ticket after Smith backed out of his commitment to attend Enemkpali’s football camp.

The Jets cut him right after but Rex Ryan and the Bills signed him off of waivers. Tackle Cyrus Kouandjio was the subject of Enemkpali’s ire this time, although Enemkpali didn’t connect with the same force that he did at this time a year ago. Guard Ryan Groy came to fellow offensive lineman Kouandjio’s aid, creating a two-on-one situation, before the players were separated.
Hopefully, this is just another example of the many insignificant fights that happen in training camp from time to time.
IK Enemkpali just can not seem to keep his fists out of the air, swinging at yet another teammate at Buffalo Bills practice.
