In media blitz, Jewish ex-Trump aide says will defy Mueller subpoena

The former Donald Trump campaign aide gave more than a dozen interviews on Monday in an extraordinary act of defiance of special counsel Robert Mueller. Burnett said at the end of the interview that she smelled alcohol on his breath.

His rants were so unusual that one interviewer asked Nunberg if he had been drinking, but he replied in the negative – he had only taken his antidepressants.

“Sam, I have to ask you one other thing”.

“I’m not cooperating. Arrest me”, Nunberg said. Talking about whether you were drinking or on drugs.

Gasparino said that Nunberg told him he was “fully cooperating” with Mueller’s investigation and that he would be “handing over all the emails through his lawyer”. “My answer is ‘no'”.

“But this is much broader than Sam Nunberg, after he spoke about his mentor Roger Stone, the former Trump advisor, as I just mentioned, Roger then spoke out in this unusual interview with Chuck Todd, it’s another interesting development in the news about the Russian Federation probe”, Melber continued.

“No. Besides my anti-depressants”.

Nunberg also said that it was the “biggest joke” that Trump himself had colluded with Russian Federation, a point he echoed to the Post.

After news broke that Nunberg refuses to cooperate with the Russian Federation investigation and will not comply with special counsel Robert Mueller’s subpoena to appear before a grand jury, the former Trump campaign adviser called into MSNBC and kicked off a whirlwind series of interviews.

Nunberg said he will make an appearance before Mueller’s grand jury Friday, pledging that he will “tell the truth”.

“I definitely think he doesn’t know that for sure because he’s incorrect”.

Swalwell, meanwhile, said there is still a great deal to know about a meeting at Trump Tower before the election, and that it’s not really known what Donald Trump Jr. told his father about the meeting. I don’t know what it is.

“You know what if Sarah Huckabee wants to start debasing me she’s a joke, okay fine she’s not attractive she’s a fat slob”, he said. Nunberg asked while speaking via telephone with CNN’s Jake Tapper.

In an interview with the Washington Post, however, he said he did not believe there was anything to the collusion claims between Trump and Russian Federation.

Not so. He also said that, had Trump not won the Republican primary, “he was probably going to endorse Hillary Clinton”.

As for his subpoena, Nunberg expressed amusement at the notion that he can be arrested for refusing to comply with the subpoena.

Nunberg said he was only trying to protect Stone. “And there is nobody who hates him more than me”.

By 9:53 p.m. on the East Coast, Nunberg further reversed the statement of cooperation and told MSNBC’s Melber that he wanted investigators to explain why he needsed to testify, adding, “I’m not interested in facilitating a circumstantial case against Roger Stone”.
