India Adopts a Restrained Response to the Kashmir Attack
She blamed Pakistan for a rebel attack Sunday that killed 18 Indian soldiers in Kashmir, the deadliest attack on a military base there for years.

The Pakistan Prime Minister also raked up the Kashmir issue in a major way and called for an global probe into alleged rights violations in the Kashmir Valley. “Nothing can deter us from supporting our Kashmiri brethren since it is Pakistan’s fundamental responsibility.
