Briefing the Senate on the Prime Minster Nawaz Sharif’s upcoming visit to United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), he said Pakistan has prepared a dossier to highlight India’s involvement in abetting terror in the country.

“Yes, certainly there is a disconnect what we are told than the ground realities”.
He insisted that Pakistan will not seek a meeting of the Prime Ministers as India cancelled the talks and any proposal for a meeting should come from New Delhi.
“Let me make it clear that we will continue to meet the Hurriyat”. “Nothing so far”, he said.
“Our position is very clear”.
“There can be talks on all issues but no issue would be discussed in isolation on India’s demand”.
Aziz also defended cooperation with China which he said was aimed at development of the country. The Prime Minister will also attend a roundtable on South-South Cooperation being hosted by the Chinese President.
Qazi acceded that there were issues where Islamabad and Washington had divergence of opinion which was quite normal in any two states.
He said Pakistan supports Afghan reconciliation process and hopes Afghan Taliban will renounce violence and return to the negotiating table.
Pakistan urged India to independently hold inquiry in the latest violations and share its findings with Pakistan.

He added Pakistan stands for reforms in the United Nations with the consensus of all the member states but opposed to the addition of the new permanent members to the Security Council.
