George, who went scoreless in overtime, said his knee was bothering him.

Sure felt that way for the Heat – as they showed their rivalry with the Pacers still very much matters.

Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra reacts after a foul called against Chris Andersen during the first half of an NBA basketball game against the Indiana Pacers, Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, in Miami.

Goran Dragic added 13 for Miami, which matched a season best with its third straight win. To replace Hill, the Pacers moved 6-foot-3 SG Monta Ellis to the point.

The Pacers built a big lead early, leading 15-3 after the first three minutes of the game and settling for a 29-19 lead after the first quarter.

The two Miami Heat super stars, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, both destroyed the Pacers. D-Wade’s heroics helped South Beach overcome an 18-point deficit and topple the Indiana Pacers. The league issues Last Two-Minute Reports (L2M Reports), which detail every call made or not made in the final moments of a game. The Heat had a chance to put the game out of reach, but Chris Bosh missed 1/2 FTs.

“Whatever it takes”, Spoelstra said. However, the Pacers also would’ve had the ability to offensively rebound the ball if he missed the second.

Bosh made the second of his two, putting Miami up 103-100 with 3.9 seconds left in the extra session. But George’s numbers against Winslow, in addition to Winslow being a +13 in 35 minutes says enough.

It was a tough loss for the Pacers as they blew an 18-point lead and fell to the Heat in overtime 103-100. Miami took its first lead with 3:11 left in the fourth quarter on a technical free throw by Bosh. “So I’m glad we found a way to pull it out”.

The Pacers now have lost three of their last four games and went down to 19-15 for the season. Miles would end up leaving the game in the first quarter with a right shoulder injury and never return.

IN has made 37% of its 3-pointers this season, though few have those attempts have come so rushed and with the opponent knowing the Pacers needed a triple.

Miami improved to 2-1 in overtime games this season, all three of them coming since Christmas. He got hurt in Sunday’s road game against the Washington Wizards. Wade started off hot and was clutch down the stretch, finishing with 27 points on 9-of-22 shooting.
