The suspects are believed to have taken televisions and laptop computers from the first house that was burglarized that morning so police will be attempting to track those items as well.

A pastor’s wife and their unborn child are dead following an attack that is believed to be an attempted burglary.

Police promised that they would release a picture of the suspect very soon. Investigators soon learned of surveillance footage showing a hooded individual, attempting to hide his face, walking around the neighborhood.

The robber was captured on a neighborhood surveillance camera as a black male, said police Capt. Craig Converse, according to AP.

Blackburn said he will continue to preach in honor of Amanda.

28-year-old Amanda Blackburn was home with her 1-year-old son when police say an intruder shot and killed her.

She and her husband moved from SC to Indianapolis in 2012 to establish the independent church, Resonate Church.

That’s why Coach Irons says it was no surprise, Davey Blackburn entered the ministry and is the lead pastor at his church in Indianapolis.

“I’m sure if you would speak to him he would tell you that was his best friend and at times, his only ally”. Amanda was 12 weeks pregnant, according an IN organization, The Gathering.

“For those responsible for killing Amanda: We are coming”, bristled Doug Carter of the Indiana State Police during the media briefing. Those wanting to donate to the family can do so on the family’s church website. The Blackburns had called their mission in Indianapolis Resonate Church. “There is no way to prepare yourself for circumstances like these”, Blackburn wrote in a statement. “We are going to have church this Sunday, just like we always do”.

‘As deeply as I am hurting I am hopeful and confident that good things will come of this.

“I rest in the truth of Romans 8:28 that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him and who are called according to His goal”, he continued. “I know we’re trying to see if there’s any connection, any tie to those cases that involved the death”. “You could see it in her family life, in her personal life and in her church life”, said Derek Barrett, the church’s worship pastor.
