Indiana Republican Party releases delegate list
Donald Trump is railing against what he calls the “rigged system” that allowed Ted Cruz to sweep Colorado’s slate of GOP delegates last weekend.

The Indiana Republican Party has released the delegate list for the 2016 Republican National Convention. Cruz’s organization has studied the rules and developed a strategy for winning delegates in Iowa; Trump’s organization has not.
He’s aware that Trump is getting bested by Sen.
Ted Cruz, who derided “New York values”, in Iowa, asked God to bless the great state of NY, and joked that he had not built any buildings, but he has defended the constitution. “I believe it is a very close race between all three presidential candidates”. Rubio told commentator Mark Levin in an interview Wednesday.
Trump’s unfavorable rating increased 6 percentage points in the CBS poll from the last time voters were queried in March.
The U.S. senator from Texas will speak to hundreds gathered for the Wyoming State Republican Convention, where 14 delegates will be selected to attend the party’s national convention this summer in Cleveland.
The war has already started in Minnesota at the congressional district level.
Of the 12 picked so far, only one – Jerry Rovner of Georgetown County – is considered likely to keep voting for Trump beyond the first ballot.
It’s not completely clear what would happen with his delegates under either scenario.
But each state can set its own process of how it designates delegates.
“The rules surrounding the delegate selection have been clearly laid out in every state and territory and while each state is different, each process is easy to understand for those willing to learn it”, Sean Spicer, an RNC spokesman, writes in the memo. “The Cruz guys have a solid ground game and a lot of their delegates are known in the Republican community”, Fields said. His argument was that he hadn’t ended his candidacy but merely suspended it.
All of the delegates are bound on the first ballot by the results of the Primary Election. “If their candidate is not on the ballot, they’re free to vote for whomever they choose”. That was done so those delegates wouldn’t be pledged to a candidate who may later drop out before the convention, The Denver Post explained.
Trump slammed Republican officials who have defended the delegate allocation process rules.

“I’m terribly disappointed and I just regret that we’ve lost this civil discourse in our country that folks would stoop to do such a thing, but hopefully with law enforcement taking a look at what’s been reported to them this will put an end to this kind of nonsense that’s going on”, Holdman said.
