ESPN tells news “Andrew Luck is out the next month, but Matt Hasselbeck is 2-0 as a starter this season and hasn’t thrown an interception”.

Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee (1) celebrates the field goal of Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri (4) during the second half of an NFL football game against the Atlanta Falcons, Sunday, November 22, 2015, in Atlanta.
Notes: Safety Mike Adams (ankle), receiver Phillip Dorsett (ankle), and linebacker D’Qwell Jackson (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday. It was similar for Bradshaw with his 3.6 yards per carry. Tuesday marks two weeks since the Colts made the announcement. We need them. Today, we needed them in the running game and we needed them in the passing game as well.
We might have to rename the category in Vinatieri’s honor, given his propensity for appearing every week.
The Colts just may have found their long-sought return specialist. Good defense. The second interception, however, was a combination of good defense and bad offense.
The offense sputtered early after getting an interception and a fumble recovery from linebacker Paul Worrilow.
The Falcons led 21-7 before the Colts poured on 17 unanswered points with the aid of a few penalties and a porous interception by Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan. Of course, he was supposed to knock it down. The Falcons didn’t score a single point on any of their final seven drives in the game, including five in the fourth quarter.
A team that wins its first five games nearly always makes the National Football League playoffs. The offense turned the football over three times – and the defense allowed zero points off of those turnovers.
Luck made the trip to Atlanta and watched from the sideline as Hasselbeck lived on underneath routes and dumped the ball off to his running backs.
“He’s feeling the rush and he’s rushing that (ball)”, Cross said.
-QB Andrew Luck sat out Sunday. Julio Jones is on fire.
Jones has done his part with 89 receptions for 1,189 yards and six touchdowns.
Atlanta got off to a fast start by winning all of their first 6 contests.
Two plays later, Hankerson hauled in a 3-yard pass from Ryan for the score. The Falcons had gained a first down at the Colts’ 16-yard line. Instead, it backed them up to their own 10. Ryan has maintained the mobility he discovered a year ago, lending that much more dimension to Shanahan’s moving pockets and zone-run concepts. A late hit against Hasselbeck by Paul Soliai pushed the Colts into Atlanta territory. That means Matt Hasselbeck will have to step up and it could be in his hands whether the Colts can win the division and claim a postseason spot or not.
The two senior citizens on the Colts are the two oldest players in the National Football League and are widely respected, especially in the Indianapolis locker room. The Colts defense was solid in their last game, intercepting Peyton Manning twice and holding the Broncos to just 35 yards on the ground in the victory. He played 46 of 76 defensive snaps and did not register a tackle or a quarterback pressure.

-RB Frank Gore suffered a quad contusion in the first quarter, but was able to return. Freeman, who entered the week as the NFL’s third leading rusher with 721 yards, had three carries on the Falcons’ second drive of the game, including a 39-yard run, before exiting the game.
