“What I’ll say about that, is that I’ve never put a record out where I’m actually going through things in real time”, Gwen started.
“The Voice” coach has reportedly settled the terms of her divorce from Rossdale with an equal custody of their three sons, Kingston (nine), Zuma (seven), and Apollo (20 months).
The pair, who split in August, don’t have a prenup, which leaves Rossdale, 49, with less than half of their shared property.
Gwen has yet to speak out directly about her impending divorce, but she recently admitted the video for her new single Used to Love You, in which she sobs as she sings, was a “very real” reflection of her emotions. “That’s awesome, because I’ve been working really hard on that”. “But I do like eating the fat way, too, especially when I’m training, because it just makes me feel better”. But host Matt Lauer didn’t miss this chance to ask the relation of break-up song “Used To Love You” to Gwen’s ex-husband.
In the case of No Doubt’s hit 1995 album Tragic Kingdom, the material was written so far in advance before she had to perform it. A source told TMZ that Stefani broke up with her husband of 13 years because she thought he was cheating on her.
