British actress Emma Watson donned a black and white bustier, pants and train – and revealed she was actually wearing plastic bottles.
The Telegraph reported that the diva was supposed to be on her album tour, Formation, but made a decision to take a night off to attend the prestigious event along with Hollywood stars and designers wearing outfits to suit this year’s Costume Institute exhibition. Us Weekly Video rounded up the prestigious fashion event’s top five moments.
Though the DJ didn’t name any names, people quickly started to speculate who she could have been talking about – from Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to Taylor Swift.
Thankfully, there wasn’t any physical drama at this year’s fashion event!
Two sexy looks in one night!
Madonna wasn’t “nervous” at all about wearing the risqué outfit, but she readily admits making a visit to the restroom was a challenge.
Kardashian wore a robot-inspired silver gown, plus sparkling Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
Kylie also captioned a close up shot of her face on Instagram with a cryptic caption, which hinted to her wardrobe battle during her first Met Gala event.
Pop star and TV talent show judge Rita Ora took flight on the red carpet in a feathered silver gown.
She let her dress do all of the talking, sweeping her brunette locks into a slick ponytail and keeping her make-up to a minimum.
Star Wars actress Lupita Nyong’o turned heads with a towering hairdo, drawing the focus upwards from a sequinned green dress.
