The teaser ends with text that encourages viewers to “dive deeper” on Thursday, 28th January at 8.30am CET. One thing that we may be able to assume is that whatever game the company is teasing, it is likely a brand new IP. Fortunately, the wait won’t be long to see more on this game, but unfortunately, the wait until you can actually play the game could be a lot longer.
The Burbank, California based studio released a teaser video on their YouTube page simply titled “What’s Next?”
What’s much harder to guess is this game’s target platform or platforms.

Insomniac is the developer behind the likes of the Resistance and Ratchet & Clank franchises on PS4, as well as Sunset Overdrive on Xbox One. From the way they were showing off what could be levels, it is probable that Insomniac Games is now working on an underwater side-scroller. We could be looking at an underwater side-scroller from Insomniac Games soon!
