You can now post up to 10 photos or videos at once on Instagram, the Facebook-owned app announced on Wednesday. You can also tap and hold on the photos and videos to change their order within your sequence. There will be a single caption for these posts, and as of now, only square images can be posted. On the feed, itself posts will feature little blue dots at the bottom indicating that you can swipe to see more. In other words: you can turn individual posts into photo albums. Oh, and don’t forget to follow DL on IG!
Instagram has added a new feature to its photo-editing app called ‘Photo Albums.’ This feature allows users to attach 10 videos and albums in a single post on the social-networking platform.
So grab your phones and start snapping some memories, everyone – here’s how to turn your part-ay times into Instagram posts with multiple pictures and videos.
Instagram suggests that you could use the new feature to “Share your favorite moments of your best friend’s surprise birthday party, from setting up to when they walk through the door”.
When you’ve hit it you can select up to 10 photos or videos, either from your camera roll or taken within Instagram. And after you build all that curiosity from the image carousel, you would much easily convince your reader to hop to your blog.
As you all already know, this is an app you visit to look at nice photos and the app is ideal for literally just doing that. If the idea sounds familiar, it’s probably because you’ve seen it in Instagram before - but only advertisers were had access to it.
