Intense heat and humidity with a little relief late week
Tuesday looks to be another hot/muggy day with highs into the upper-90s.

Showers and thunderstorms will continue for western and northern Oklahoma overnight.
Overall, this week is good for auto washing.
STILL A FEW T’STORMS: An approaching cold front has bubbled up a few showers and thunderstorms across the area.
The next real weather maker will arrive in the area by late Thursday, a cold front which will bring a brief respite from the humidity and also bring handsome weather just in time for next weekend! This boosts temperatures to 90 degrees and into the lower 90s through Wednesday. The combination of lower humidity and lower temps will make it at least a little more tolerable during the afternoon hours. The heat doesn’t let up on Thursday. It’s still very warm and humid, with temperatures in the middle to upper 80s. Southwest and west winds along with mostly sunny skies will quickly push temperatures into the upper 80s and low 90s.

It’s going to be another hazy, hot and humid one. Highs will climb into the upper 80s but it will feel like the mid 90s with the extra humidity.
