The 36-year-old went missing on Thursday night and police launched a search for her amid concerns for her welfare.

She had recently told family and friends she was feeling anxious.

Missing actress Honeysuckle Weeks has been found “safe and well”, police have confirmed.

Honeysuckle’s sudden disappearance comes less than a year after she was caught speeding with a suspended license while a child was incorrectly fastened to their carseat – but it is unknown if these cases are related.

“She is around 5’4” with cropped gingery blonde hair.

Sussex Police also tweeted a picture of the actor with an appeal to the public to help trace her. She was wearing a blue coat and faded blue jeans.

She was given a four-week curfew in February, and was reportedly already banned from driving at the time.

Honeysuckle also has had roles on The Bill, Death In Paradise and Midsomer Murders. She dated Hugh Grant in 2000.

She had recently finished working on shooting Lewis for ITV and Sky mystery The Five, the agency added.

Ms Weeks, who plays Samantha Stewart in ITV drama Foyle’s War, had last been seen 14 miles away in Chichester.
