Caitlyn Jenner may face legal consequences for the February fatal auto crash in Malibu.

The evidence will be presented to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office next week.

The charge is a misdemeanor, so the most Jenner could get is one year in jail.

Shortly after the February crash, Jenner released a statement saying, “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loves ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this bad accident”.

Two of Howe’s stepchildren and the driver of a Prius that had stopped in front of Howe’s vehicle are suing Jenner.

Jenner told investigators she was being followed by paparazzi at the time of the crash, but she was not evading them.

Jenner’s black Escalade, which was towing a trailer with an all-terrain vehicle on it, then plowed into the back of Howe’s Lexus, pushing it into oncoming traffic.

The lawsuit by Dana Redmond and William Howe does not specify how much they are seeking.

But Jenner didn’t commit gross negligence, Curry said. She spoke for the first time publicly about being transgender in April.

She appeared on the July cover of Vanity Fair – her transition complete – with a photo of a long-haired Jenner in a strapless corset, legs crossed, sitting on a stool. Jenner’s publicist also had no comment. Welcome to the world Caitlyn. In about three hours, the account had more than 860,000 followers.
