“In addition, the Cycling Anti-Doping Foundation (CADF) has carried out a careful assessment on the other 11 riders named by the ROC to participate in Rio 2016 cycling events”, the UCI said.

“I’ve won medals because people have been banned and I know some people after the recent tests have been moved from fourth to gold”.

Belarus, Kazakhstan and Turkey could also face a ban if the International Olympic Committee confirm the remaining Beijing 2008 and London 2012 re-tested cases before the Games begin.
