IOS 10 jailbreak: Hacker Luca Todesco exhibits iPad with MobileSubstrate support
Todesco has shared a glimpse through a video in which he was shown opening Cydia on an iOS 10 device.

However, despite his demonstration, Todesco is unlikely to release the iOS 10 jailbreak tool.
The latest iOS 10 jailbreak continues to be a work of Todesco’s insane hacking-skills without any promise of its public release in the horizon. However, considering that Apple has implemented a series of stricter security measures with the new version of iOS, it remains to be seen whether the rumors are actually true.
The jailbreak is called “Yalux” and the second video demonstrates that the tool successfully cracks iOS 10 by showcasing a runing MobileSubstrate support.
Despite the claims by Todesco, there are no assurances that he is going to release his jailbreak tool because he has always not released his work. Though fans were initially expecting for the hackers to first focus on the iOS 9.3.5, eyes are now turned to the iOS 10. The closest consumers have about a potential iOS 10 jailbreak tool is Pangu’s announcement back in July that the team is working hard on a new iOS jailbreak project. Movie News Guide revealed that Pangu’s iOS 10 jailbreaking tool may be rolled out on Saturday, Sept. 17.
Rumors say that the iOS 10 Jailbreak from Pangu alone will be out early this October, but such theories may still be plausible given that Apple may still roll out some changes with the current iOS 10 that consumers are enjoying and getting stuck with right now. Thus, the same iOS 10 jailbreaking method can not be used for this update as the Cupertino-based tech giant quickly fixes security issues.
Having stated that, we cannot discount the fact that despite all efforts by Cupertino, hackers are still miles ahead when it comes to finding possible loopholes to gain backdoor entry into the OS and execute a jailbreak.
