In our 21st century world, it’s become an eternal question: Should you update your iPhone to the newest iOS? A signing closure shouldn’t be a big deal, but this one indeed is for those looking to jailbreak their devices. It is good to know that this hacker group is also “responsible” for releasing the iOS jailbreaks 9.3.2 and 9.3.3. This new video clearly points out that Apple’s recently launched OS build, released earlier this month, can possibly be jailbroken. The 9.3.3 version was a maintenance update fixing a vulnerability that allowed hackers to collect sensitive information with a text message. It gave users a chance to downgrade and jailbreak their devices. “We advise all of our customers to always download the latest version of iOS to protect themselves against potential security exploits”.

Nonetheless, here are the steps you should follow in order to downgrade iOS 9.3.5 to iOS 9.3.4. This meant users who had updated to iOS 9.3.4 could no longer downgrade to the aforementioned firmware.

“We were made aware of this vulnerability and immediately fixed it with iOS 9.3.5”, an Apple spokesperson told Business Insider. However, it seems like some enthusiasts believe that the iOS 9.3.4 jailbreak version might not exactly make its way to the public – at least not sometime soon.
