Iowa caucuses results leave voters with plenty of options

MILFORD, New Hampshire Donald Trump, the NY businessman seeking the Republican U.S. presidential nomination, said on Tuesday he felt “a tinge” of disappointment after losing to Texas Senator Ted Cruz in the Iowa caucuses.

Trump puts a positive spin on his second place finish in Iowa, saying he put very little in resources comparatively.

Carson called Cruz out for it, Cruz apologized and everyone went on their merry way. Ted Cruz of stealing the Iowa caucus and wants a do-over.

While he has said he’s “honored” to have placed second in Iowa, he told Tuesday’s crowd: “Finishing second wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world”.

“We’re looking at it right now, but the important point is that at the end of the day we came from nowhere to really startle the entire world, ” he said.
