IPad Mini 4 Rumors, Features & Release Date: Apple’s Next-Gen Tablet Coming
However, as developer Sood was working on the Safari 9 browser for the OS X El Capitan, he stumbled upon a resource file that suggests that the iPad Mini series will get support for Split View.

In addition to a more powerful processor and increased RAM, the iPad mini 4 is rumored to come with an 8 megapixel iSight camera, a thinner design equivalent to the iPad Air 2 at just 6.1 millimeters, a fully laminated gapless screen with anti-reflective coating.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has been a victim of declining tablet sales lately. Hopefully, the improvements and multitasking functionality in the iPad mini 4 should encourage Apple fans to upgrade to the new tablet and drive iPad sales.
Apple has already confirmed that the split screen app operation is coming to the iPad Air 2 when they showed off the feature at their Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in June.
Inside the company, the program is referred to as the “mobility partner program”, or MPP, but Apple is reportedly discouraging partners from using that name publicly.
Companies are making apps that handle small business accounting, digital cash registers, employee scheduling software, restaurant apps, and more. The company has never been a major force in workplace tech, but it’s hoping its mobile expertise can give it an edge in a market dominated by competitors Microsoft, Google, and Samsung.
In order to compete in this new market (Apple traditionally shoots for the consumer market with all of its products), it has apparently invited outside officials from the business app world to train Apple business specialists. In fact, the partnership has also worked in the reverse, with the Cupertino company’s partners getting Apple in touch with business customers in a way it hasn’t before.
Apple’s partners are working to develop iOS apps for businesses.

Apple also aims to sell application bundles, which are likely to be tailor-made considering specific business requirements.
