IPad Pro Will Be Available November 11

In his trip to the United Kingdom to promote the new iPad Pro Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil, Tim Cook revealed that travels without a Macbook. Apple showed off how fast it was, and how well it worked with accessories such as the new Apple Pencil stylus.

Apple’s new iPad Pro is big – 12.9 inches big – and it’s coming to Australia with a hefty price tag to match.

A WiFi-only version with 32GB of built-in storage will sell for $799, a 128GB WiFi-only model will be $949, and a 4G LTE version with 128GB of storage will sell for $1079.

Online orders in 48 countries will be available on Wednesday before the tablet goes on sale in Apple retail stores a few time later his week.

The iPad Pro features a 12.9-inch Retina display crammed with 5.6 million pixels as well as a super-speedy 64-bit A9X chip “rivaling most portable PCs”. When the Pro is paired with the Apple Pencil ($99) and the Smart Keyboard ($169), it will be a “dream work machine” for creative professionals, especially those who deal with digital graphics and the like.

To take advantage of the pickup option, simply choose “Check Availability” when buying your iPad Pro online, or pop into your local Apple Store to see if they have any units available.

According to Mac World, Apple said that iPad Pro will hit its physical Apple Store “later this week”, which usually means Friday. Like the other iPads, the iPad Pro is available in gold, silver and space gray.

Vodafone and EE have both confirmed to T3 that the iPad Pro will be available on the respective networks, but there’s no official date announced just yet.

A full-sized keyboard in sleek design, which can be attached to the iPad Pro through the innovative Smart Connector port, makes the device even more useful. GST for the Wi-Fi + Cellular 128GB model.
