IPC: Russian athletes cannot compete as neutrals
The IPC chose to bar the whole Russian Paralympic team from taking part in the 2016 Summer Paralympics on August 7.

“This is right up there, I thought I’d experienced every bit of emotion the Games could bring – from winning finals to losing them, and not getting to the finals – but this is completely different”.
