IPhone 6s Leak: Upcoming Apple Smartphone With Force Touch Is In Production
In fact, if Bloomberg’s reporting is correct, Apple fans may have to bid adieu to smaller-sized iPhones as the iPhone 6 clocks in at 4.7 inches while the iPhone 6 Plus measures 5.5 inches. We do not recommend believing everything you read, especially when it comes to wild speculation about Apple’s plans.

The Force Touch feature basically gives the users the ability to adjust the strength of their screen taps to access different functions. It was introduced with the Apple Watch and has been brought to some MacBooks – and has long been expected to make its way to all of Apple’s devices eventually.
The company has scheduled to proceed with the volume manufacturing as soon as next month.
Apple in particular will be hoping that people on two-year contracts with the iPhone 5S and 5C, who will now be due an upgrade, will stick with the iOS ecosystem, especially if the newest devices boast new features and functionality. The new Apple’s device may also feature Touch ID support, NFC for Apple Pay, 802.11ac WiFi capabilities and LTE Advanced that have become integral to the iPhone.
The new iPhone models have been aggressive in their competition against more popular brands (in Asia in particular) like HTC and Samsung, in terms of screen size and interface. Something like this was first seen in the Apple Watch, which was unveiled in September 2014.
The report claims that while final assembly of the iPhone 6S is expected to be relatively easy thanks to its familiar design, production of the special Force Touch component itself could prove trickier. Supply chain problems could occur if a significant number of the new displays do not pass quality assurance testing. The issue of Apple bringing Force Touch to the new line of iPhones isn’t a fresh rumor.

The new iPhone is expected to keep the same dimensions as the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.
