The new Apple smartphone will have a starting price of £599 in the United Kingdom for the cheapest 32GB model while in the U.S. it starts at 649 dollars (£486) in states with zero sales tax. There are no longer 16GB or 64GB variants. Pre-orders will begin September 9 and shipping starts on September 16.
