IPhone 7’s second speaker grille may be just for show

A month before the rumored launch of Apple’s newest flagship smartphone, the wholesaler has started their pre-order offer. Apparently, the launch event will take place on September 9, with the official release taking place about a week or two later.

The images can be speculated that the Cupertino based company has the intention to release an “iPhone 7”, “iPhone 7 Plus”, and “iPhone 7s Plus” simultaneously in 2016.

Of course, iPhone sales are still sinking despite how well the fiscal third quarter was aligned with investor expectations, and Apple isn’t the only company that relies on iPhone sales as its chief moneymaker.

But newly leaked images supposedly showing the iPhone 7 display assembly suggest this won’t be the case.

The iPhone has never disappointed, but this time round, be ready for anything, if the current rumors are to go by.

Whereas current models feature the standard clickable home button, there have been numerous reports of late suggesting Apple is intending to add the more capable setup to the upcoming handset. With this in mind, Apple should be able to make some improvements in the revenue department, but there is a larger problem looming.

Apple iPhone 6s is powered by A9 processor and its natural for the next processor to bear the A10 name. “Apple is expected to redesign the iPhone, including giving it a glass chassis”, Nikkei reported. This means you get to keep the same design, but with a few touches here and there, while the processing power, graphical capabilities as well as memory access speeds and size are upped.

The newest leaked images confirm minor physical changes from the previous iteration of the iPhone.

Besides that, the home button on the iPhone 7 will not be a mechanical button as it has always been with every former generation of the iPhone. Much-improved cameras will be used in both the versions – iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Apple is likely to follow the leads of LeEco, Motorola and drop the 3.5mm headphone jack and is reportedly working on lightning connected headphones.
