The board of Governors from the IAEA came from 35 countries and conducted detailed investigations into Iran’s Nuclear programme.

‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Broke Box Office Records Last Night
While spoilers will not be given out, the film was full of surprises while paying homage to both trilogies that came before it. Greenfield said the success of “Force Awakens” would not be enough to offset the impact of subscriber losses at ESPN.

“As we close out this important chapter here today, we must remain mindful that we are not closing the agency’s ability to investigate any potential concerns that may arise”, USA envoy Henry Ensher said in the text of his speech to the IAEA board.

House Approves .1 Trillion Spending Bill
The deal marks a major achievement for new Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), who delivered 150 Republican votes for the spending bill. Under a plan worked out in bipartisan negotiations, the legislation would be combined and voted on in the Senate the same day.

Still, most of his comments were low-key and forward-looking – the US participated in drawing up the resolution ending the investigation along with the other nations that negotiated the deal with Iran – Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany.

DNC Sanctions Sanders Campaign For Accessing Clinton’s Voter Data
Bernie Sanders has filed a lawsuit in federal court seeking to regain access to a Democratic National Committee voter database. We will continue to work with and report to the DNC regarding this issue to ensure that this isolated incident does not recur.

A fuel swap with Russian Federation, in which much of Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium will be exchanged for a less refined form of uranium known as yellowcake, would be relatively simple and could happen quickly, he added.

Iran violated a U.N. Security Council resolution in October by test-firing a missile capable of delivering a nuclear warhead, a team of sanctions monitors said, leading to calls in the U.S. Congress on Tuesday for more sanctions on Tehran.

The move follows the release of a report earlier this month resolving all questions on Iran’s nuclear past, confirming that Iran scrapped its weaponization program in 2003, and carried out no studies even tangentially related after 2009.

Despite the finding, the worldwide response to the report has been muted, reflecting a wish to press ahead with an accord that allayed fears of a wider Middle East war over Iran’s nuclear ambitions, rather than dwell on its past actions.

A United Nations council admitted Iran broke a security council resolution when it tested a ballistic missile in October, says Reuters.

The missile had a range of at least 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) and a payload of at least 1,000 kilograms (2,200 pounds). That part of the political drama surrounding the Iran nuclear program is finished.

US Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power, the Security Council president for December, “emphasized that the United States, firmly condemning those violations, would work with partners to ensure that United Nations measures were better enforced”, the UN statement reads.

While the launches may have violated U.N. Security Council sanctions, they did not violate the nuclear deal, diplomats noted.

This is a crucial step towards Iran being relieved of economic sanctions, in accordance with the agreement on the nuclear programme signed in Vienna in July. It was expected to receive a briefing from the Iran sanctions committee later Tuesday.

The agreement has obliged putting an end to the past and present outstanding issues pertaining to Iran’s nuclear program.

“Iran will not accept any restrictions in this regard”, he said.
