Iran deal is focus of Graves, Abraham, other House members visiting Israel

There is hardly anything that beats such stark corruption – openly committed by the state of Israel and obviously in full consent with the Charter of the US Congress. Corruption is rampant and there seems to be no US law against it. And the US public, the constituents of the corruptees? John Hoeven, R-N.D., have already made a decision. Then consider the battle royal – traditionally a fight between two combatants that is fought until only one fighter is left standing – between the White House and the leaders and foot soldiers of that lobby over the Iran nuclear deal.

The Miami Republican, who opposes the deal, joined fellow GOP freshmen for the week-long trip led by Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif. We have to make people understand that while this is not a flawless deal – because that is the nature of negotiations, requiring give and take from all parties – it is a very good deal indeed. “This is completely based upon this system of constraints on what they do and verification of what they do and what we suspect they might be doing”. “I’m not going to cut it [entirely], but I’ll support the Jewish community in a different way, unless they change it or retract it”, Geoffrey Gold said.

Heitkamp said one of her biggest considerations is whether the U.S. will be better off with or without the deal.

An Iran operating under cover of a nuclear weapon could further challenge the U.S. Navy in the Strait of Hormuz; virtually every sailor who’s traversed the Strait on a Navy vessel can recount the tension they felt crossing under the eyes of the Iranian military.

Now that the deal is ready to be voted on by Congress in September 2015, Netanyahu is all out viciously campaigning in the US Congress – yes you read correctly, in the Congress of another sovereign state – against the deal – a deal which as it stands is a mere slap in the face of Iran.

“It’s hard to say”, he said. And Moveon.org has asked its 8 million members to withhold donations from Democrats who succeed in scuttling the Iran deal, editorializing that Schumer “is siding with the Republican partisans and neoconservative ideologues who are trying to scrap this agreement and put us on the path to war“.

Despite the given realities about the Islamic Republic and its malevolent nature, Obama attempted to sell the American public on the nonsensical notion that the election of Rouhani ushered in a new period of Iranian enlightenment and moderation and afforded the U.S.an opportunity for meaningful engagement with the mullahs on their nuclear program. The deal also would roll back, for 10 to 15 years, Iran’s capability to enrich enough uranium to be able to produce a nuclear weapon.

An embargo against Iran for conventional weapons would be lifted within five years, and the same would happen to missile restrictions within eight years. He and his Israeli counterparts believe communities like these would be at greater risk if the Iran deal passed and Iran had more capital to fund terrorism in the region, including Hamas.

“This week, I met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Reuven Rivlin, and retired Israeli Defense Forces Commander General Yadlin about the nuclear deal, and we all agree the deal must be stopped”, he said.

Cramer said the lack of “anytime, anywhere” inspections and the arms embargo relief were among his concerns. But the Obama administration insists that Iran badly wants to modernize and engage with the world community. Khamenei is also exclusively responsible for vetting and approving presidential candidates which means that he found Rouhani to be an acceptable contender and that speaks volumes about what kind of character Rouhani is.

“That is not true”, he said.

“Indeed in recent days, we have seen commercial delegations flood into Tehran even as its leaders flout worldwide sanctions by visiting foreign capitals; its judiciary represses religious minorities at home; and its inciteful rhetoric becomes even more sophisticated and strident”.

From a security perspective, this deal is bad at the global, national, and local level, the Congressman added. As part of the framework, economic sanctions will be waived, generating tens of billions of dollars to be used by Iran to, at least partly, sow more unrest and violence against the aggrieved Gulf States and Israel.

Kissinger and former Secretary of State George Shultz expressed their concerns in April, in a joint editorial published by The Wall Street Journal in which they listed the accord’s shortcomings and claimed it would make Iran a nuclear threshold state.
