In his latest rhetorical dismissal of the Washington, Iran’s Supreme Leader tweeted a warning against any military action against Iran by what he called the “aggressive and criminal US”. “We welcome no war, nor do we initiate any war, but…”
“I don’t know how to interpret it at this point in time, except to take it at face value, that that’s his policy”, he said in an interview with Saudi-owned Al Arabiya television Tuesday, Reuters reported. “On July 17, three days after the agreement was reached, he posted an equally obnoxious message: “…In case of war, US will leave it disgraced”.
A new nuclear deal that was devised in Vienna last week means that Iran will now be subjected to curbs on its nuclear program over the long-term future.

“We have repeatedly said we don’t negotiate with the U.S. on regional or global affairs; not even on bilateral issues”, Khamenei said in the speech. “We consider that continues to be the case for specific areas of Iran, notably along Iran’s borders with Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan”.
