Is This Kobe Bryant’s Last Season?
At 37 years old, the odds are certainly against Bryant to make a successful return to his previous level of production.

Before all that talk surrounding his future, however, the main agenda for Bryant and the Lakers is to see if the team can finally rebound after two disastrous seasons.
Bryant has been medically cleared for all basketball activities, according to league sources. Things have not been going Kobe’s way the past few years, this marked the third straight season for Bryant that ended with injury.
HE started shooting on the court in early August, now Kobe Bryant is set to join the Lakers in training.
Before his injury, Kobe Bryant was on top of his game. This year the Lakers have the luxury of a little more depth especially at the guard positions which should help lighten the load for their superstar. Bryant got the injury after a dunk in the Lakers game against the New Orleans Pelicans at that time, forcing the Lakers star player to end the previous season prematurely once more. The injury eventually forced Bryant to miss the entire 2013-14 season. A 37-year-old National Basketball Association player probably doesn’t need to do the same running and conditioning drills the 19-year-old and 20-year-old kids are doing.
His next comeback was not fruitful as well as he only played 35 games in the 2014-2015 season before injuring his shoulder.
For sure, it will be a far different permutation of basketball heaven than Bryant has reached before.
In an interview with Jamele Hill on the BET Experience last July, Kobe himself admitted that next season could potentially be his last.

Bryant has played in only 41 games the last two seasons, after averaging 73 games his first 17 seasons.
