Hillary Clinton came under fire Tuesday when she laughed at a former Hewlett-Packard worker’s joking desire to “strangle” Carly Fiorina, the company’s former CEO.

As a veteran myself, I wonder whether Clinton has picked up a newspaper, turned on the television, or even so much as spoken to a veteran in the past year.

The real star of Tuesday night’s Republican debate may have been the brooch worn by moderator Maria Bartiromo.

“We need a very clear analysis of what the threats are and what the missions must be to try to prevent, deter, contain threats, but then if necessary respond to them”, she said.

Clinton has since modified her tone substantially on the issue, saying Tuesday that the status quo was “failing to keep faith with our veterans”, according to CNN.
