The attacks come days ahead of a June 8 election and less than two weeks after a suicide bomber killed 22 people at a pop concert by US singer Ariana Grande in Manchester in northern England.

The attack came just a night before a benefit concert in Manchester held by pop singer Ariana Grande and others to pay tribute to the 22 people, including children, who died when suicide bomber Salman Abedi blew himself up at the end of her concert less than two weeks ago. “He stabbed another man in the back, and then he ran out of the restaurant”.
Police say they are working with Royal Naval Lifeboat Institution to evacuate public from the London Bridge incident.
