It was released on the encrypted messaging service Telegram as well as on other file sharing websites, according to the Long War Journal.

It appears to be the Islamic State’s first mobile application created exclusively for children.
The application consists of memory games and also teaches how to write the Arabic letters.
However, in keeping with its general theme, the organization has peppered its lessons with jihadist terminology. ISIS fighters are described as “lions”. Among other things, the children are taught to handle and fire live ammunition, how to drive, and even how to behead.
“The jihadist group has also produced several videos from many of its proclaimed provinces showing children being trained for jihad or being indoctrinated at Islamic State-ran schools”.
IS have released apps before, such as the “jihadist news feed” a year ago and an official Android app to broadcast propaganda.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, IS killed at least 3,000 people, including women and children, in the 12 months after it declared a caliphate in June 2014.
Steve Emerson, executive director of the Investigative Project on Terrorism told the Daily Mail in June that training young jihadists is useful to senior ISIS fighters when they are trying to consolidate territory which is constantly under attack.
