Isolated showers, storms through Sunday; stronger storms
Finally, that main system will lift north into New England, dropping our temperatures again for later Tuesday and bringing us another shot of rain. Our highs are expected to climb into the mid to upper 60s, provided the sunshine does come out for a little this afternoon. Wind: E 25 miles per hour, G 45 miles per hour, High: 49°.

After a blustery and rainy Saturday, temperatures will drop from the lower 40s into the 30s on Sunday as colder air feeds into the area on gusty north and northeast winds. Near steady temperature in the lower 30s. Partly sunny, with a high near 68.
Monday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers. The sky remains mostly cloudy, but it still feels very soupy out there due to all of the low-level moisture.
Cloudy at night with a 60 percent chance of late night rain, low near 40. During the afternoon, some patchy light rain and/or drizzle may develop from the southwest.
Today: Rain and possibly a thunderstorm before 4 p.m., then a slight chance of rain between 4 and 5 p.m. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. We have a batch of showers and thunderstorms through the state that has been ongoing since last night. Chance of precipitation 90 percent. Windy with rain and sleet overnight, low near 30.
IMPACTS: I think our primary concern with any strong storm will be damaging straight-line wind gusts and hail.

Tomorrow (Tuesday): Expect some rain around in the morning, but drying is possible in the afternoon after a warm front punches through the region. This will force our temperatures to fall throughout the day from our early highs this morning in the middle to upper 50s to the upper 40s by the evening commute.
